1、 TCCC Audit Checklist
Documents that need to be prepared
The TCCC audit checklist lists the documents that need to be prepared for evaluation (if applicable) to ensure smooth procedures and save you and the evaluators time. If other measures or documents are needed to help fully understand the factory situation, the evaluation company may require the factory to provide additional information.
General Documents
-Business/Operations License
-Internal business policies and procedures
-Employee Handbook

-Annual leave and statutory holidays
-Insurance and tax payment vouchers; Other benefits and allowances
-Anti discrimination policies (if any)

Salary
-Time recording (peak and off peak periods)
-Salary records for seasonal and non seasonal work (piece rate records/payroll, etc.)
This includes but is not limited to the most recent payroll records, attendance cards, production records, and attendance records for one year.
Evaluators will review the payroll of 10% of workers (up to 25 people).
For factories with contract workers, evaluators will review a separate payroll sample (10%, up to 25 people).

2、 TCCC Certification Evaluation Process
Initiate a meeting to discuss the evaluation process and answer questions. The production department, human resources department, and general manager should attend the meeting.
Health and safety on-site inspection - Accompanied by a dedicated person, visit the production site, warehouse, chemical storage room, canteen, and dormitory (if applicable).
Employee Interviews - Require 10% of employees (up to 25 people) to participate in private, voluntary personal interviews without the presence of management personnel. Interviews will also be conducted on a sample of non employee workers.
Document Review - Document review includes personnel files, factory policies and procedures, payroll documents (10% of employees, no more than 25 people, 10% of non employee workers, no more than 25 people), and overall health and safety documents (a complete list of documents is provided below).
Good Practice Review - The review is considered a topic of industry good practice that supports sustainable compliance.
End the meeting - evaluators communicate the evaluation results and discuss the corrective action plan.
After evaluation: Send a printed formal and complete evaluation report to the supplier within 7-10 days. At the same time, a copy of the report will be automatically sent to Coca Cola Company. The service provider will follow up on the evaluation to ensure that the issue is corrected.
3、 Coca Cola Company Supplier Guidelines
We hope that our suppliers can work with us to fulfill our commitment to respecting all human rights. Suppliers of Coca Cola Company and those authorized by TCCC must meet the following minimum standards when operating as a whole:
Laws and regulations: Suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws, regulations, rules, and requirements when producing and delivering our products and materials, as well as when providing services.
Child labor suppliers will comply with all relevant local and national child labor laws.
Forced labor suppliers will not use forced labor, bonded labor, prison labor, military labor, or any form of human trafficking.
Abusive labor suppliers will comply with all local and domestic laws regarding employee abuse and will not engage in physical abuse of employees.
Suppliers of freedom of association and collective bargaining will comply with all local and domestic laws related to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Discriminatory suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic anti discrimination laws.
The salary and benefits supplier will comply with all relevant local and domestic salary and benefits laws.
The supplier of working hours and overtime will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws on working hours and overtime.
Health and safety suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic health and safety laws.
Environmental suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic environmental laws.
Business reputation suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws and will not engage in bribery or fraudulent behavior
Compliance certification: Suppliers must be able to demonstrate compliance with the Supplier Guidelines to the satisfaction of Coca Cola Company upon request
