UV testing
The sensitivity of an ultraviolet testing system mainly depends on two parameters: 1. The intensity of ultraviolet resources: The intensity of ultraviolet resources is tested using a reference detector. The reference detector compensates for the UV intensity instability caused by lamp tube aging. 2. Optical path length: This length is variable and can be adjusted accordingly to meet specific applications. A large optical path length is used for testing low concentration compounds. Otherwise, without sufficient UV intensity changes, an effective measurement result cannot be obtained. A small optical path length is used for testing high concentration polymers. Otherwise, there will not be enough ultraviolet energy to transmit the obtained results.
