The optical metrology system basically covers the technical content included in the International Bureau of Metrology (BIPM) Photometric Radiance Advisory Committee (CCPR), and has been expanded based on the needs of technological development and the national economy. At present, optical metrology mainly focuses on the establishment of metrology systems in areas such as luminosity, radiance, chromaticity, spectral luminosity (or optical properties of materials), laser radiance, optoelectronics, and geometric optics. With the advancement of science and technology, higher requirements have been placed on the accuracy of optical metrology, from measurement accuracy to the range of values involved.
