Organic certification process
1. The applicant submits a formal application to the center (sub center), fills out the application form, and pays the application fee.
2. The certification center approves the cost budget and develops a preliminary inspection plan
3. Sign a certification inspection contract
4. Preliminary review
5. Field inspection and evaluation
6. Write inspection report
7. Comprehensive review and evaluation opinions
8. Resolution of the Certification Committee
9. Issuance of certificates
10. Use of organic food labels: Sign the 'Organic Food (Product) Label Use License Contract' and handle the procedures for using organic/organic conversion labels.
11. Maintain certification: The organic food certification certificate is valid for one year and needs to be re certified upon expiration.
